Power Building Oats

This is a hearty breakfast I like to make once or twice a week. The protein powder helps give the oatmeal some substance, and keeps you going for longer.

Power Building Oats

Cook:
⅓ cup Organic Steel Cut Oats
1 cup Water

Boil water and add oats. Cook to completion.

Add & Mix in:
2 Tbsp Organic Ground Flax Meal
then
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
⅓ cup Blueberries or Raspberries (or combination of the two)
5 or 6 Walnuts
3 slices of fresh Apple, or Peach on top
Sprinkle Cinnamon to taste.
