Located in Acton, we're a fully outfitted training center with a community atmosphere for those wishing to improve themselves, get stronger, faster, healthier, and learn amazing arts.

The Dojo has been operating as a martial arts and fitness training center in the Westford, Littleton, Acton area since March 2004. Since then, I, Randy Brown (6th degree Black Belt), have been offering technical, impassioned instruction in the classical art of Mantis Boxing to the community. Later adding modern arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, my Boxing/Kickboxing workouts, and a streamlined Self-Defense system to enhance my offerings to you. 

The interior of the facility is designed and finished by the students, and staff. We believe it reflects the rustic, pragmatic, community atmosphere of New England. The single-level, open area, wood beam Dojo provides an unmatched comfortable atmosphere to train, learn, and strive to reach new goals.

Holly enjoys helping others to succeed. She brings not only her martial arts training, but years of fitness training; her dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence, to her role as an instructor. Those around her benefit from her ever increasing knowledge and skill, and her willingness to share that openly others.

Holly has worked diligently since she began studying martial arts, continuing to push herself to new levels in Mantis Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Fitness, and Nutrition.

Thomas has spent the past few years working in Human Services. He dedicates his life to helping others who are in need. He has a level of patience and acceptance that is highly commendable.

Thomas is super friendly and welcoming to all newcomers. He has a knack for communicating and engaging with the younger audience in our school. He will make an excellent addition to the team, and the kids thoroughly enjoy working with him.

Chris Barrett - Instructor

Chris has been working hard since day one to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He has since added Mantis Boxing and Kickboxing to his plate to  further his knowledge and skills. He is an extremely dedicated practitioner with an incredible work ethic.

Chris brings a bevy of training knowledge and experience with him from years on the US National Triathlon Team. Chris is always helping others in class, and taking an active interest in the people he works with.
