Power Building Oats

This hearty breakfast is one I like to make once or twice a week. The protein powder helps give the oatmeal some substance, and keeps you going for longer.

Power Building Oats

Base Recipe

Cook:
⅓ cup Organic Steel Cut Oats
1 cup Water

Boil water.
Add oats and cook to completion.

Mix in:
2 Tbsp Organic Ground Flax Meal
1 scoop SFH (Vanilla, or Coconut) Whey Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds

Choose Flavor:

Blueberry Walnut: ⅓ cup Blueberries, 5 or 6 Walnuts
Raspberry Peach: 1/3 cup Raspberries,  5 or 6 Walnuts, sliced peach on top
Cinnamon Raisin: 1/4 Raisins, 5 or 6 walnuts, sliced apple on top. Sprinkle Cinnamon to taste.
