This is one of my favorite choices for a delicious healthy breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Occasionally it works as a dinner too. Super easy and quick! Only takes 10 minutes to make.
Heat pan to Medium temperature then add oil when hot.
Spread almond butter over one tortilla.
Slice apple and place on almond butter covered tortilla.
Sprinkle pumpkin spice to taste.
Drizzle honey over the apples.
Add the other tortilla to the top.
Place in the pan.
Cook 3 minutes each side.
Cut into 1/4 and enjoy.
