This 6 week Boot Camp will help you achieve your goals and, test your mettle while blasting heavy metal!
Warm-up, technique breakdown, WOD instructions.
Followed by one of my 20 to 25 minute custom HIIT workouts done at YOUR pace.
Stretch — Cooldown — Recover at the end.
Schedule
July 8th to August 22nd. (no class July 22nd & 25th)
Two 1 hour sessions each week.
Wednesday 6pm to 7pm.
Saturday 10am to 11am.
