Basic self-defense, something every human being should know, and has a right to know to protect themselves, or their family. Self-defense training is comprised of stream-lined, no-nonsense methods to disable, disarm, or destroy attackers and escape precarious life-threatening situations. The methods are simple, practical, and do not require someone to be strong, or athletic in order to pull off. This course will focus on these methods and how to train them so they become second nature.

Natural Weapons vs Soft Targets - Lesson 1
The foundation of almost all of our self-defense is going to build off of these key techniques and targets. Practice aplenty as these will be your go to reactions if/when a real-life self-defense situation arises.
Target Focused Training - Lesson 2
It is crucial we train the targets with the weapons so these motions become second nature. This lesson shows you the partner drills we use to develop these skills and make them instinctive. The idea of the drill is full range of motion but no power so we do not hurt our partner. We are wiring the brain here, that is it.
