Standard Blocks* - throw combinations of 3-5 RANDOM blocks 100x. Reset your guard in between each combination.
Close-In Blocks* - throw combinations of 3-5 RANDOM blocks 100x. Reset your guard in between each combination.
*Alternate method - set a timer for a 3 minute round. Perform 3 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between each round.
