Workout of the Day
Pick a workout and go to task!
Warm-Ups:
A solid warm-up is always recommended prior to performing exercise. This helps introduce the body to more intense exercise and works to prevent injury.
Recommended warm-ups:
3 to 6 minutes of jump rope. Followed by stretch kicks, or dynamic stretching exercises. Light calisthenics are also recommended.
Workout For Time:
My workouts are designed to do for time. Completion within 20 to 25 minutes is ideal. Some workouts you will do faster and that is ok. Above all else, do what you can, not what is necessarily required in that workout. Adapt and build up to so we can train again 2 days later.
*If you see an * next to a workout, the workout in question is particularly long and meant for endurance. These will average 40 to 50 minutes in length.
Equipment
Fancy gear and equipment drives the fitness industry. Shock news - all we really need is our body. For these workouts, the only other equipment you need other than yourself? A jump rope. Heavy bags are an added bonus though. If you can get one I highly recommend it.
